Excellent Golf and Leisure Stay

My room had views overlooking the golf course, I also took advantage of the swimming pool. I really enjoyed the dining room meals. The taste and presentation were excellent.
I noticed some dated features in the bathroom. The tap dripped continuously, it was difficult to completely shut it off. The card used to keep the electricity on kept popping out, this was quite annoying at night.

The staff proved helpful and approachable, they assisted quickly with requests and information. Check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently, the personnel was able to manage multiple guests smoothly. There were clear signs throughout the hotel guiding visitors.

The room provided a modern design and contained both a bath and a shower. Tea and coffee supplies were stocked generously and replenished daily. There were ample towels available. The provided television featured a range of channels.

The bar area offered a decent selection of beverages, also, there was ample seating. Breakfast included a good English breakfast with multiple options. The restaurant provided a relaxing atmosphere, also, it had views of the greenery.

The staff were polite. They helped with local suggestions. the rooms were a good size and comfortable with nice facilities, including a bar. breakfast was good with a great selection.
The pool was closed so it was not possible to use it. the sauna was also closed. I was unable to use it. the rooms seemed below standard. They was dated.

The room assigned was quite a distance from the main facilities. It seemed the farther the room, the lower the standard. half of the lights were not functional. the location of the room also meant a lack of privacy as it faced a busy path, exposing the interior to passersby.

the staff was very polite. the hotel room and facilities were clean. the food service was excellent with rhys. the dinner was really good and the breakfast hall was well stocked.
the net curtains were either yellow or ripped. a lot of tables in the bar are sticky.

Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful (the receptionist was really nice).
The room was disappointing. The carpet had stains, and the furniture looked worn. The bathroom grout had mildew and I had a hard time regulating the water temperature in the shower. This made it hard to relax.
